Election of the ICOM Europe Directory Board (2025–2028)
The election of the Directory Board of ICOM Europe is subject to the election procedure rules as set out in the ICOM Statutes and Internal Rules, as well as the internal rules of the Regional Alliance ICOM Europe.
Each candidate, if elected, agrees to fully assume their duties and responsibilities as defined in the applicable statutory and regulatory texts for the entire duration of their term of office, and to adhere to the standards of good conduct and good governance.
Election Schedule
The Election of the ICOM Europe Directory Board for the 2025–2028 triennium will be conducted, as requested by the ICOM Secretariat, by electronic voting during a ten-day period preceding the ICOM Europe Plenary, held during the General Conference.
- Opening of online polls: Monday, 3 November 2025, at 9:00 a.m. (Paris time)
- Closing of online polls: Wednesday, 12 November 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (Paris time)
- ICOM Europe Plenary (General Conference, Dubai): Thursday, 13 November 2025, from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. (Dubai time)
Only voting members of ICOM Europe — the Chairs of European National Committees or their officially designated delegates communicated to the Election Committee — who are in office on 3 November 2025, will be eligible to vote.
Voting Platform
ICOM Europe will conduct voting in accordance with ICOM’s recommendations, using Xoyondo as the electronic voting platform.

- Anonymous (no personal identifiers are recorded);
- GDPR-compliant, with all data deleted after the poll;

As an ICOM member for 26 years, Juliette Raoul-Duval has served as Chair of ICOM France, Vice-Chair of CIMUSET, member of SAREC and DEFINE, and currently Vice-Chair of ICOM Europe. Her long-standing leadership reflects her belief in museums as trusted social institutions. She pledges to build a responsible, democratic, and collaborative European network that amplifies museums’ voices in addressing ecological, cultural, and social challenges.

Your data will not be shared with any other third parties and will be retained only as long as necessary for purposes related to the 2025–2028 ICOM Europe Board elections and, if elected, for the duration of your term of office and archiving requirements.
