ICOM Europe is a Regional Organization of the International Council of Museums.

It provides a forum for the exchange of information and cooperation between National Committees in Europe (Europe region as defined by UNESCO, excluding Canada).

It also represents a framework for cooperation between museums and museum professionals.

ICOM-Europe assists National Committees in the implementation of their programs.

ICOM-Europe is a partner of other regional ICOM organizations.
