ICOM Europe’s board members gatehered today for a kick-off meeting ahead of the ICOM Europe International Conference. This upcoming conference, themed “Bridging the Gap between Museums and Communities: The Role of Communication and Education,” is set to begin tomorrow and run for the following day at the Lisbon National Coach museum, Portugal.

During this pre-conference meeting, our board members diligently reviewed the final content details and addressed technical aspects to ensure a seamless launch of the event. They also made a site visit to the conference room to confirm all arrangements.

We are excited to announce that the conference has attracted over 200 participants from more than 15 countries, making it a truly international gathering of museum professionals and students.
