ICOM Europe is a Regional Alliance of the International Council of Museums – ICOM. Our primary purpose is to serve as a platform for fostering collaboration and information exchange among National Committees located within the European region, as defined by UNESCO (excluding Canada).

Our organization acts as a conduit for facilitating partnerships and cooperation among museums and museum professionals across Europe. ICOM Europe plays a vital role in supporting National Committees in the effective execution of their initiatives and programs.

In addition to our regional focus, ICOM Europe actively engages in partnerships with other regional ICOM organizations, further enhancing our commitment to advancing the field of museology and cultural heritage preservation on a global scale.
